I'm on reserve — my schedule changes every week. Can this actually work?

Yes. Your program is built around your flight schedule, not the other way around. If you're flying a 4-day, we adjust. If you're home more one week, we push. If your schedule flips last minute, you have structure in your coaching app to pivot without losing momentum. Consistency doesn't mean perfection. It means having a plan that adapts.

What if I only have access to hotel gyms?

That's expected. Most pilots train in hotel gyms more than they train at home. Your program can be built around dumbbells only, basic hotel equipment, or a full commercial gym when available. You'll always know exactly what to do with what you have.

How much time do workouts take?

Most sessions are 35–60 minutes. If you're on a tight overnight, you'll have shorter, efficient sessions. When you're home, we can push intensity and volume. The goal is strength progression without burning you out.

I'm exhausted after trips. How do you handle fatigue?

We manage training stress the same way you manage flight risk: intelligently. Volume and intensity are adjusted based on sleep, trip length, fatigue levels, and recovery. You don't need motivation. You need intelligent programming.

Do you program for beginners or experienced lifters?

Both. Whether you're new to lifting or chasing PRs, your program is built around your current level. The priority is strength, resilience, and long-term sustainability — not ego lifting.

How does coaching work if we're not in the same gym?

Everything runs through your coaching app. You'll receive custom programming, exercise demos, messaging access, and progress tracking. You can upload videos for technique review at any time. You are never training alone.

How much does coaching cost?

Published monthly packages are Self Coaching at $30/month, Cadet Training at $99/month, Wingman Program at $175/month, and 1:1 Coach Marc (Strength Only) at $299/month. The package page shows the current checkout options.

What's the difference between the package levels?

Self Coaching is template access. Cadet Training adds monthly programming and accountability. Wingman adds bi-weekly programming and weekly technique review. 1:1 Coach Marc is the highest-touch strength coaching option with daily customized programming and unlimited technical feedback.

Do I need to choose a package before I apply?

No. Apply first if you are unsure. If coaching looks like a fit, the strategy call helps determine which level makes the most sense for your goals, schedule, equipment, and desired feedback.

What equipment do I need?

Minimum: dumbbells, a bench, and basic cable machine access. Optional: barbell and squat rack. If all you have is a hotel setup, we work with that. The program meets you where you are.

What happens after I apply?

You submit the application. We schedule a strategy call. If it's a good fit, you get onboarded in your coaching app and receive a structured plan built around your flight schedule. Simple. Clear. No guesswork.

What if I miss workouts during a trip?

You won't be starting over. The program adjusts. We don't scrap progress because you had a long duty day or weather delay. This is built for real airline life — missed sessions are accounted for, not punished.

Is this just for weight loss?

No. The primary focus is strength, performance, and long-term physical resilience. Fat loss often happens as a byproduct of consistent strength training — but the mission is bigger than the scale.

How is this different from just following a generic program?

Generic programs don't understand 4-day trips, early report times, time zone shifts, hotel gym limitations, or fatigue from duty days. This is coaching built specifically for airline pilots. The programming, the check-ins, and the feedback are all calibrated for your life.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready for 1-on-1 coaching?
