I’m Marc Hudson—strength coach, airline pilot, husband, father, and Christ follower. I understand firsthand the demands of a high-pressure career, the responsibilities of family life, and the challenge of prioritizing fitness amidst it all. That’s why I specialize in helping pilots, entrepreneurs, executives, and busy professionals build real, lasting strength—efficiently and effectively. No wasted time, no gimmicks—just smart, strategic training designed to fit your life and help you perform at your best, both in and out of the gym.
In 2018, I reached a breaking point—I was done feeling sick, exhausted, and powerless over my health. Obese, pre-diabetic, and heading toward a career-threatening wake-up call, I made a decision that changed everything: I took control. Through strength training and proper nutrition, I transformed my body, reversed my declining health, and unlocked a passion that would redefine my purpose. What started as a personal journey quickly became an obsession—I immersed myself in learning everything I could about strength and performance. With my background as a flight instructor, coaching came naturally, and I found myself guiding family and friends toward their own transformations. That passion evolved into a mission. As a certified U.S. Powerlifting Association (USPA) coach, I now dedicate my career to helping high-performing professionals train with purpose, build real strength, and move through life with power and confidence.
